The Friends of the Fourth Avenue Theatre website was created for those who share a common belief that the Fourth Avenue Theatre (630 West Fourth Avenue) in Anchorage is a unique and important part of the historic and cultural heritage of Alaska that should be preserved and protected in accordance with the policy and terms of the Alaska Historic Preservation Act, AS 41.35, (AHPA).
It is NOT associated with any organization or ad hoc group. The purpose is to share the beauty and history of the 4th Avenue Theatre.
